Jennifer Douglas – Owner and Managing Member

Meet Jennifer – Owner & Managing Member

Jennifer comes to Premier Parties after a 20-year career working in hospitality, entertainment, nonprofit management, and special events. Prior to owning Premier Parties, Jennifer was the founder and owner of Jenniferlee Events, LLC, a boutique event planning company in Lakeland.

As an event planner and coordinator, Jennifer has been involved with events at every level – from intimate private dinners to 600+ seat fundraisers to large-scale public festivals – most notably, Tampa’s Chalk Walk and Wesley Chapel’s Suncoast Arts Fest. Jennifer’s public festivals have attracted as many as 100,000 annual visitors and have received media coverage by the Tampa Bay Times, Tampa Tribune, ABC Action News’ Positively Tampa Bay and the nationally syndicated DayTime.

Her educational credentials include degrees from Ohio University and the University of Florida. Jennifer is also an active member of the American Rental Association, The Lakeland Chamber of Commerce. Bridge Local, Polk County Wedding and Event Pros, and The Lakeland Rotary Club. She also volunteers her time as a member of the special events committee for ROAR Florida, a residential community for adults with unique capabilities.

Meet Andy – Owner

Andy is the Premier Parties “Weekend Warrior”, lending his technical expertise and skills to the crew for Premier’s most complicated installs. Andy’s career spans over a 20+ years – first as a Technical Director for multiple theatre complexes, then as a Superintendent for both residential and commercial construction companies, and now as a Project Manager for Duke Energy. After several years managing over 75 planned Outages for the Hines Energy Complex in Bartow, Andy was selected as the sole representative for the State of Florida to serve on Project Lighthouse, Duke’s company-wide digital transformation project. As part of that team, Andy managed the development of a new program that utilizes drone technologies for internal and external inspections which are now in production throughout the company. He is currently leading the deployment of iPads to all Maintenance and Operations team members as part of Duke Energy’s digital transformation journey. Andy is a proud Florida alumni and an active member of the American Rental Association, Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, Bridge Local and serves as a Board Member for Camp Fire Sunshine Central Florida.
